Julia is responsible for B&M Analysts’ Automotive and Chemicals business.
She is an experienced facilitator, having supported the initiation and establishment of a number of industrial upgrading cluster initiatives. In this regard, Julia has delivered a number of projects to develop manufacturing capability and bolster competitiveness at both a firm and industry level. To enhance the success of initiatives, she is accustomed to engaging with a broad range of industry, government and agency stakeholders to craft and deliver aligned solutions that provide sustainable industrial benefit. In support of this work, Julia has extensive knowledge of manufacturing value chains having delivered a number of research and consulting engagements in South Africa, Africa and other developing economies, including India, Thailand and Brazil.
Julia has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario (Canada) where she graduated with distinction on the Dean’s Honour List, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in industrial engineering from the University of Stellenbosch.
